A sess\u00e3o est\u00e1 prevista para come\u00e7ar \u00e0s 14h.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1557786&amp;o=node\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1557786&amp;o=node\"><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na semana passada, por votos 9 votos a 2, o Supremo julgou inconstitucional o marco temporal, mas a conclus\u00e3o sobre os demais pontos debatidos foi adiada.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os pontos que ser\u00e3o analisados na sess\u00e3o desta quarta-feira, est\u00e1 a possibilidade de indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o a particulares que adquiriram terras de \u201cboa-f\u00e9\u201d e se o pagamento seria condicionado \u00e0 sa\u00edda de propriet\u00e1rios das \u00e1reas ind\u00edgenas.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesse caso, a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o por benfeitorias e pela terra nua valeria para propriet\u00e1rios que receberam dos governos federal e estadual t\u00edtulos de terras que deveriam ser consideradas como \u00e1reas ind\u00edgenas.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m pode ser debatida a sugest\u00e3o do ministro Dias Toffoli para autorizar a explora\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica das terras pelos ind\u00edgenas.
